The Ashling Hotel

The hotel is opposite the Guinness brewery, situated alongside the river Liffey. It is a fifteen-minute walk from Temple Bar and the city centre and two minutes from Heuston railway station. All the rooms were completed in August 1998, following a complete refit of the hotel, now under new management.
They are medium in size, in excellent condition, decorated in yellows and blues. The bistro is warm and informal and adjacent to the traditional Irish bar.
All in all an excellent hotel, within walking distance of the tourist trail and yet, far enough away to offer a more peaceful alternative to the Temple Bar area.
