Founded in 1894, Portstewart continues to provide the causeway coast a very special place to play golf.

This Mecca for golfers consists of 45 holes over three courses with the recently enhanced Strand courses being the jewel in the crown - the beautiful Old Course and the relatively easy 9 hole Riverside Course making up a trio.
The Championship Strand Course, opened in its new form in 1992 after having 7 new holes carved into the towering sand dunes.
The 1st hole boasts an uncontested view of having the best opening hole in Irish golf and in turn serves as a classic example of the 17 to follow.
Excellent drainage provides firm rolling fairways and glasslike greens of the highest standard all year round.
